Terms and conditions

1. Membership

• Membership at The Curated Collective is available by online application and subject to a selection process.

• Applicants must be 25 years old or above at the time of application.

• Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked if a member violates the community’s rules or values.

2. Events & Experiences

• Access to events is reserved exclusively for members of the Social Club.

• Tickets and places are limited and allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

• Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified for a particular event.

• The Curated Collective reserves the right to change, reschedule, or cancel events when necessary.

3. Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to uphold the values of authenticity, openness, and respect.

• Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

• By applying for membership, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

• Personal data we collect may include: name, email address, phone number, links to social media profiles, professional background, event preferences, payment details, and information related to event participation.

• Data is used to: manage the application process, organize events, communicate with members, personalize experiences, and comply with legal obligations.

• We do not sell your data to third parties. Data may be shared:

  • within the community (e.g., name, professional profile),

  • with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, communication tools).

• Data is stored as long as required to manage membership, events, or legal obligations. You may also request deletion of your data.

• We implement appropriate security measures (encryption, access restrictions, GDPR compliance). However, complete security of online data cannot be fully guaranteed.

5. Payments

• Membership fees and event tickets must be paid in advance through the payment methods provided by The Curated Collective.

6. Liability

• Participation in events is voluntary and at your own risk.

• The Curated Collective accepts no liability for injuries, property damage, or financial losses incurred during events.

• Members are responsible for ensuring they have adequate insurance, including health and travel, depending on the nature of the event.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, promotional materials, branding, and assets of The Curated Collective remain the intellectual property of the organization.

• Event photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes, unless a member explicitly objects in writing.

8. Amendments

• The Curated Collective reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via our website.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law.

• Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
